The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10%+HA is a gentle exfoliant containing a 10% alpha hydroxy acid formula. This is supported by a purified Tasmanian pepperberry derivative that helps reduce irritation and inflammation associated with exfoliation. This derivative, of plant origin, may vary in colour seasonally. The product is contraindicated for sensitive, peeling, or compromised skin. It has a pH of approximately 3.8 and should be applied in the evening once daily. To reduce irritation, the formula's pH closely matches the acid's pKa, allowing for optimal effectiveness without irritation. Use as directed on unbroken skin and patch test before use. The product contains an alpha hydroxy acid that may increase sun sensitivity, so use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure.
