For use, first wash your hands, then remove the tampon and extend the back of the applicator tube until it catches on the tip. Ensure the inner tube is fully extended to ensure proper insertion. When inserting, hold the applicator between your thumb and middle finger, and gently push the tampon into the vagina, pointing slightly upward. Remove the applicator, leaving the removal thread exposed.
When removing a tampon, grasp the exposed thread and slowly pull it forward at an angle to safely remove the absorbent material. Rael organic cotton tampons are suitable for all skin types and are manufactured in South Korea.
